- Amazing customer service on the airplane
- Alex caring for the kids on the plane so mom could get a break and actually complete two sudoku puzzles
- Arriving on time (early, actually) and our checked bag being the first bag off the plane. (its the little things, really
- Dinner outside
- Winning a bet with Alex
- Bluebird Cafe with no wait and improved coffee
- Walk date with the hubs on a beautiful morning
- Window unit ACs
- Kids ALMOST sleeping through the night (crossing my fingers for tonight)
- Water fights, kiddie pools and amazing daddies who don't mind getting wet.
- Driving tour of Fairfield County, shopping with Erle
- Hydrangeas and fireflies
- Riding the train into the city
- Gentlemanly husband - always helpful and courteous to strangers (even if he did almost leave the stroller on the train)
- Air conditioned subways with no crazy people (except one guy who snickered when I was telling Alex that we shouldn't have worn flip flops to the city - he wasn't really crazy, actually, it was clear that he agreed with my observation)
- Great time playing and catching up with old friends
- FAO Schwartz in NYC - one of the best parts of our NYC day. Kids were AWESOME - above and beyond what anyone could expect from a 2 and 4 year old in the largest toy store in the world.
- Artichoke and goat cheese pizza
- Taxis
- Losing the leftover pizza (oops, my bad)
1 John 4:12 No one has ever seen God, but if we love one another, God lives in us and His love is made complete in us.
