I have been so blessed today to really play with my son. I know that I often get so consumed with going here, going there, running this errand and that, making dinner, cleaning the house, changing diapers, organizing closets, paying bills, going to church, reading the Bible, & countless other things that fill my days and my life. I expect my son to be a perfect companion to my life. Granted, some of these things are good things, and sometimes, Cooper must be a companion to my life. But, today, instead of a companion, Cooper was a caterpillar wrangler and a bag head monster. We had a blast! What a privilege & a blessing it is to be a part of these moments - just to get to play with our son!
